If a call claiming to be DHL Express surprises you
A delivery company won't ask you to pay a fee through a link in a text. Check your package with the tracking number on the carrier's own site. Read the guide on fake delivery calls and texts.
Scammers can fake caller ID, so a call that shows this number may still not be from DHL Express. DHL Express may also call you from numbers that aren't listed here. If you didn't expect the call, hang up and call back on a number you trust.
