If a call claiming to be T-Mobile surprises you
Your phone or cable company may call about your bill or service, but it won't demand payment in gift cards or ask for remote access to your devices. Read the guide on caller id spoofing.
Scammers can fake caller ID, so a call that shows this number may still not be from T-Mobile. T-Mobile may also call you from numbers that aren't listed here. If you didn't expect the call, hang up and call back on a number you trust.
